For Love or Money?

One morning, I found my boss and my co-employee starting an argument whether or not this co-employee of mine would accept a work abroad and earn a lot more away from his family or to stay at the company and be contented with what he earns, close to his family. The latter asserted that he has to earn more in order to support his three growing children and what he earns at present would not be enough to give his family a comfortable living. But since my boss is a woman and so am I, she encouraged this employee to stay because there's nothing more valuable than to have and be with your family. Money can't buy the time that you're going to loss--the time that you might have spend with your family while you're somewhere on a foreign land for money. What important is--- the family is kept together, money can be earned without going abroad, you just have to be contented and learn to prioritize your expenses. The boss said that when the employee married his wife, the wife never asked him to give the "world" to her or asked him what he can give but she married him because of her love , the happiness and comfort she feels whenever her beloved is around. Money is just temporary though it makes the world go round but the importance of having a family in tact is one thing that money can't buy. By listening to their argument, I would say that they both have their points, their pros and cons. Love can't feed a hungry stomach, can't send children to school. On the other hand, money can't buy time, love and happiness..but still, its nice to have both....
