My youngest brother, Darwin was just 2 years old when our father died and me was just 11. Being the eldest of the 6 siblings, I stand as the mother whenever mama was not present because she had to work to support the family. I had never imagined that we could all survived after all those hardships that we had encountered during our younger years. We are thankful enough that we managed to get through. The 4 of us had earned our baccalaureate degree, while the one after me chose to settle for an early marriage and now has 3 kids. But our dear "bunso" (youngest sibling) had preferred a Diploma in 2 years of Electronics Technology and fortunately landed a job as an Electrical Maintenance at the Robinson's Place. Today, our dear "bunso" turns 25, hmmm... this could only mean that a new chapter of our lives as siblings has been opened to be filled with another year of experiences, challenges and interesting stories of our lives' journey.
